60 Day non-defective warranty return, after you have Viewed the product(s) out and it doesn't live up to your expectation you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to send back to E WIRELESS ACCESSORIES for a refund you must first contact E WIRELESS ACCESSORIES by phone, email etc., you’ll then be notified and given a RMA # to write down on return form, please fill out completely, if form isn’t fill out with proper information it will delay your returned order and credit or refund will not be issued until proper information is received.

Exchanges
There are no exchanges when sending back item(s), once approved by E WIRELESS ACCESSORIES credit is issued to customer; customer may make another purchase.
All merchandise must be sent back in same condition as received, if not no credit or refund will be issued and product(s) won’t be sent back.

Refunds
All shipping cost will be paid for by the customer, a restocking fee of 15% will be instated. For refunds only, once received by E WIRELESS ACCESSORIES, all guidelines followed, refund will be issued.
Please allow 2-4wks for refund due to shipping back, receiving, inspection of product(s) and bank/paypal processing to your account to take place.

60 Day up to 1 Year Warranty

All after market products comes with a 1(365 days) year warranty Except for Batteries, Batteries 60 days. All from the date of purchase.
After 60 days no refund will be issued only credit. Items must be in original package, original sale receipt.
This warranty covers only against defects in workmanship, this we will honor however this warranty does not apply to products such as improper handling; repair damage threw misuse of product, normal wear and tear also phone damage or car damage.  E WIRELESS ACCESSORIES is not responsible nor will except any product that wasn’t originally purchased from E WIRELESS ACCESSORY.
 Items must be returned in same condition as received. All shipping will be paid for by the customer

Customers must first contact E WIRELESS ACCESSORIES by phone, email etc. you’ll be given a RMA # to write down on the return form that’s given, form must be fill out completely, if not fill out properly , return item(s) will be delayed until proper information is received, once reviewed by E WIRELESS ACCESSORIES, all guidelines meet your item(s) will be replaced with same item(s) or similar one, if item isn’t in stock or discontinued, you will be notified  first, then given credit towards another product(s) equal to or less the value of the product(s) you purchased.
